IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS for PARENTS:

Contribute to Your Class Fund

Through the year, our teachers create enriching and educational celebrations for students. We are asking for an optional one-time online contribution per child to cover the cost of these celebrations.

Make online payments at Membership Toolkit by October 15th, 2022. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING YOUR CLASS & YOUR TEACHER!

When you go to membership toolkit https://oceanairpta.membershiptoolkit.com/open_forms and do not see an option to purchase classroom funds, it means the system has not identified your student’s grade and teacher.
To  make sure your student is connected to a classroom, go to https://oceanairpta.membershiptoolkit.com/open_forms

Click on Step 1 – Family information

On the bottom right, click Next step

On this page, you should see 4 fill-in boxes

– your student First name,

– Your student Last name

– Your student Grade

– Your student teacher

 All four of these should be populated.  If the grade or teacher is blank, you will not be able to purchase classroom funds and allocate them to the correct classroom.
